01 – RT @EmoPhilips: I’m not Catholic, but I gave up picking my belly button for lint.

01 – Slow flow class while Abi attended the kids’ class. She really enjoys it. Afterwards, dinner at Skyline with dessert. (Undid my yoga.)

02 – Mel Brooks films on AMC. Missing words but sexual innuendo & off-color humor kept intact. Not like you couldn’t plug in the words.

02 – Dr appointment was quick & easy. Out of there 40 minutes before my appointment. Just needed to renew my prescriptions. Gotta have my stuff.

03 – Didn’t really feel like going to yoga this morning but that’s when I need it most so I went. I feel better having done it.

04 – A nice Easter Sunday with the family. We assembled a swing set for the youngins. It’s good to be handy, I guess.

05 – Need to make a trip to the local Waste Management Facility soon. Have a truck full of computer scrap. Still more in my closet.

06 – Things are looking up. Mortgage Co. let me access my account today. Only a “former” deadbeat now. $$$ from trustee too. Now to win lottery.

06 – A bit of landscaping today. Some day I hope to get around to some home improvement at my home.

07 – has a truck full of sod destined for Degobah. Trying to keep it dry until tomorrow. Delivery will be interesting.

07 – watched ‘The Buddha’ on PBS this evening. Very interesting and enlightening.

07 – can’t watch TV because it’s raining. Satellite signals can’t find their way down to earth in a heavy downpour.

10 – Challenging class this morning. Not a good day for arm balances, at least not for me. Headstand wasn’t happening for me either. Oh, well.

10 – filled in more of Degobah, two truckloads of fill dirt

12 – Hot yoga was, well, hot. I really do need to clean my mat before I do it again on Wednesday.

13 – Birthday wishes from the grandkids make getting older a little easier to take.

15 – Slow yoga tonight followed by dinner with my two favorite ladies. Life is good.

18 – Enjoyed yoga this morning. Refreshing & relaxing.

18 – My life isn’t really as glamorous as my web page makes it out to be.

19 – Cat’s kidneys are starting to go. Get to stick her with a needle 2x a week to inject saline solution under her skin. Think she loves me now?

21 – sucks at cooking eggs. Can do scrambled but fried eggs & omelets are frying pan disasters. Trying to be more self-sufficient.

21 – is watching The Men Who Stare at Goats. Interesting, very interesting. I could see myself as a warrior monk.

22 – Last night’s hot yoga was great. Very calming, very relaxing, very sweaty.

23 – What was that yoga pose she put me in yesterday? On my belly twisted like a pretzel?

23 – I gots a job! Start Monday.

23 – watched Avatar. It was a decent movie.

24 – The Dark Lord kept me up way too late trying to lure me to the Dark Side. Been there, done that, never again.

24 – @penguingeek I knew Dayton was in Top 10 worst but # 4. We’re moving up in the world. Breathing is so overrated.

24 – Why am I always required to be in a good mood and cheerful? I don’t remember that in my job description.

25 – Spaghetti tacos – it’s what’s for dinner.

25 – I don’t miss the person I used to be. I like the person I’m becoming. I have fond memories but I live in the present, moving forward.

25 – I guess I oughta get dressed. Mama’s having people over. I really don’t understand the aversion to my natural state. I guess I’ll comply.

29 – Saw a “Yellow Sign of Shame” on Troy Pike on my way home. Been there about a week. Gestapo willl be sending in Storm Troopers soon.

29 – Heard on the radio recently… “Next up, the latest from Jimi Hendrix.v Oh? I didn’t know he was still recording.

30 – Crossed the border into hypoglycemia but I’m OK now. Just came unexpectedly.

30 – Enjoyed the Kirtan tonight, a new and different experience. Will have to attend more. Thnx Micheal & Melissa for hosting it.

01 – Choice between cabbage rolls and hot yoga. Culinary bliss won out over karmic bliss. Maybe I’ll do 2 classes Wednesday night.

02 – The temp job is kinda mindless and repetitive but I’m OK with that right now. Doing it for a living? Probaby not. (No, not yoga stripper)

03 – Great hot yoga class this evening. The yoga fairy smiled upon me tonight. Everything flowed, culminated by a near perfect shoulder stand.

04 – Good yoga class tonight. Parsva Bakasana still unattainable. Salamba Sarvangasana was pretty good though.

05 – So far the worst part of this “snow storm” are the idiots who still haven’t figured out how to drive in this crap. OMG! Snow in Ohio? WTF?

05 – Can’t I rant in the privacy of my own room? Ignore anything you hear coming from there. Let me let off steam, OK?

06 – Driveway is cleared. Heavy, wet snow. I’m good until more snow falls or a snowplow comes by. I didn’t miss this in Hawaii.

08 – Is Matt Groening a nudist? I like Futurama’s positive treatment of casual nudity. Would love to visit the Nude Beach Planet.

09 – Cleared drive & sidewalk after work. Will I have to do it again in the morning? Better to go to the snow than have the snow come to you.

09 – According to Yoga Journal quiz the right form of yoga for me is Kundalini Yoga. I’ve tried it but didn’t seem a good fit. Take another look?

10 – Just drifting snow in the drive. No point in shoveling it yet. The wind will just fill it up again. Sis, send some 64 deg weather my way.

10 – Good hot yoga class. Small classes are great.

11 – Good yoga class. Full back bend wasn’t happening but I did a rather nice headstand. Had a good chat with the owners too.

12 – If you half-ass half-assery is it quarter-assery? Inquiring minds want to know.

13 – Had a pretty good class this A.M.. Good workout, good sweat. Tired but refreshed. Famished too.

14 – Quality time together today. Brunch at Fairborn Family Diner and grocery shopping. Who says romance is dead?

15 – Long ago, in a faraway land, we ate pizza naked in the wee hours of the morning. Why? Because we were hungry.

15 – Not much snow this AM. Cleared the driveway in anticipation of the next round. I do hope hot yoga is on for tonight.

16 – Shoveled the driveway again. The mountains at the end of the drive are getting too high to throw the snow over. Had enough snow, thank you.

17 – Didn’t have to shovel any snow today. Temps may get above freezing in the next few days. That would feel so wonderful!

17 – Great hot yoga tonight. Towel helped keep the mat dry but need a longer one. Maybe I can put my sewing skills to use here.

18 – Good yoga class. Some areas resist the natural yogic state a lot more than others. Some of that may be mental blocks I need to let go of.

19 – I don’t know why Tiger Woods owes me an apology but if it will help him move on with his life then I forgive him. Now, Tiger, sin no more.

19 – @gymnosophy I question clothing, I question authority, I even question my sanity.

20 – Like I needed another blog. Adho Mukha Svanasana, getting down with the down dog.

20 – Great class today. Even core work wasn’t too bad. Warrior poses still getting protests. I’m very tired, thirsty and hungry now. Lunch!

20 – Why does it take so fargin’ long for my tweets to migrate to Facebook? Do they have to go through airport security or something?

20 – Spent a lovely evening with my grandchildren. We had spaghetti, popcorn & hot cocoa (not all at once). Fun times, I treasure them.

22 – RT @nakedjen: Life requires peace. Peace requires balance. And balance requires a certain amount of get-over-yourself. Amen.

22 – As usual, installing a simple ceiling light is not as simple as it should be. Builders half-assed everything. Curse you, Mr. Huber!

22 – Success! New kitchen light fixture installed despite half-assed electric box. Made it work. I am freakin’ awesome. Major self-esteem points.

22 – Looking forward to B.K. Power Yoga tonight. Hope I can leave my ego at home so I can be in the moment and just let go.

25 – Bryan Kest Power Yoga was awesome. Like his perspective. Asana portion left me sweat-soaked and tired. It was good, all good.

25 – Good yoga class. Still seems to be a lot of resistance to my natural state.

27 – doesn’t see much snow in his driveway but it still needs to be shoveled. Shouldn’t there be an app for that?

27 – 1st instruction for bathroom shelf: “Assembly should be carried out by a qualified person.” Did it anyway. Never let that stop me before.

For what it’s worth…

01 — New Years Eve with the grandkids, The 3 Stooges, Spongebob, and Dick Clark. A good way to bring in the last year of the decade.

04 — Hot yoga tonight. Not Bikram but plenty warm and sweaty! Enjoyed it.

05 — Annual checkup with cute doctor went well. Wait, exam, lab, pharmacy all in under an hour. Now I can eat again!

05 — Advanced class very challenging. Nylon shorts don’t work well for yoga. Better to be nude but rest of class would have a problem with that.

06 — Hot yoga again. Would be good to do naked. Still a good workout even if it results in more laundry.

07 — Test results back. HGB A1c down to 5.5%. Still need to work on HDL/LDL. Overall, looking pretty good.

07 — Hot yoga again last night. Broke in new mat. Remember, sticky side up.

07 — Braved the snow-covered roads to attend yoga class. Only 2 others showed. It was a good class. Which side is supposed to be the sticky side?

09 — Good yoga practice this morning. My lower quads seem to be very resistant to my natural state, especially in Warrior & Triangle poses.

09 — Got my butt kicked in Candyland tonight. 7-year-olds can be vicious.

11 — RT @alyankovic: Happy “Binary Number 30″ Day! (1/11/10) — October 10 is 42 (101010). Do you know where your towel is?

13 — Two classes tonight, the usual and hot yoga. Yoga’d out.

15 — Good yoga class yesterday. Handstands ain’t happening for a while.

15 — Been reading old blog posts. Funny stuff. Have I lost the gift of sarcasm?

15 — When I was but a wee lad, I never thought I’d be doing so much to keep my body working. “Without maintenance, everything falls apart.”

16 — Instead of class this morning, I did yoga at home.

17 — @Livsnaturist Thanks for the nipple radiation link. That made my day.

17 — Livsnaturist @RevRick The least I could do. I love that post, it’s really funny. Keep up the posting!

21 — Another challenging yoga class. Getting closer to doing a handstand. A long way to go on some others. Legs aren’t so flexible yet.

22 — 1 year ago — the corporate chopping block and the dull ax of fiscal convenience. Witnesses all blindfolded. I’m not critical, not at all.

22 — Ever think about what you could accomplish if you didn’t know you couldn’t do it? “Knowing” we can’t often keeps us from making the effort.

24 — I almost feel bad that I accomplished nothing yesterday. I had such high hopes when I finally moved my ass out of bed. Oh, well.

25 — Hot yoga tonight. I had no idea I could bend backwards that far. Potentially, I could have gone farther but something would have snapped.

27 — Removed SFW links from blogroll that have essentially the same written content as their NSFW counterparts. MNB isn’t SFW anyway.

28 — Last night’s hot yoga was good. Some toxins wanted to come out through places other than pores.

29 — Relaxing & listening to Kristin Luna Ray’s Where Heaven Meets the Earth.

30 — Good yoga class this morning, overcoming resistance to my natural state. Savasana was especially relaxing, as it should be. Namaste.

30 — Still listening to KLR. Climb is a great song for savasana. Open to Grace is inspirational. She’s good live too.

"Am I supposed to just bottle up my rage?" Is there a market for bottled rage? Rage in a bottle – now sugar-free. At a store near you.

Back to my previous status — LFW. Sleeping late is nice but doesn’t pay well. I have habits to support.

Exhaust suddenly blew out on truck. Is the universe conspiring to keep me broke?

Thinking about a Zen garden in the backyard. Might be a springtime project. Will a privacy fence destroy the effect?

Why do cats come to my yard to die? Am I the designated feline funeral director? I only bury the ones I know well. The rest – Rumpke.

Bhakti Vinyasa was fun, much different than a regular yoga class. Looking forward to the Bryan Kest Power Yoga class. Better get ready 4 it.

Restorative yoga was … restorative. Supported forward bends & back bends. Felt so relaxed afterward.

Best Family Guy moment of the evening – Peter in his Donald Duck outfit. LMAO

Making it easy for Santa, short list: job, new yoga mat, nice big yoga bolster. Plus the usual peace on earth, good will to men.

Re: Vonage ad. Isn’t India a toll-free call anyway?

Re: Mr. T & World of Warcraft — Mr. T’s hairstyle isn’t a Mohawk. It’s called a Mandinka, from the Mandinka tribe of West Africa. Fool!

Inversions tonight. Wall-assisted headstand but trying to find the balance point. No turtle syndrome in shoulder stand. Relaxation yoga too.

Messin’ with HTML & CSS. Redesigned my "Recommended Software" page. Also home page at both sites.

Challenging yoga class this evening. More advanced than I’m used to but I’ll get there. Good headstand, started to find the sweet spot.

Waiting for my final paycheck. They assure me that the check is in the mail. Where have I heard that before?

Little Debbie, Sara Lee & Mrs. Smith are such temptresses, especially Little Debbie. She knows what I like.

Happy Birthday Mom. I know you’re watching over us. Could use some advice and counsel.

Mele Kalikimaka, Maligayang Pasko, Feliz Navidad, Frohe Weihnachten, Joyeux Noël, Vrolijke Kerstmis, Buon Natale, Feliz Natal, Merry Christmas

Best gift today – the personalized tile trivets from the grandchildren. They each had a hand in making them.

Tonight on National Geographic — "American Beaver" Oh, that’s what it’s about.

Tonight’s dinner with the grandchildren — Spaghetti Tacos ala iCarly. Burps and all.

Been having dreams in the Queen’s English, speaking with a British accent. Watching too much BBC programming? Not bloody likely.

2009 may very well be destined to go down in history as the year that sucked donkey. In many ways, it was worse than the Hell of 2002.

Ghost Hunters – Do ghosts & spirits do as they’re told? Do they respond to commands? If I were a ghost, I probably wouldn’t.

If yoga is my natural state & asana shows me where I’m resisting my natural state, then my entire being was resisting this evening.

Got a crap load of things to do today. I hate moving and I’m not even the one moving.

One day is not enough time to move a household. Legs and shoulders are feeling the burn. Looking forward to a full night’s sleep.

Big, ugly bruises on upper arms and thighs. Glad the big stuff is mostly in place now.

Great yoga class. Good workout, feeling very relaxed and, strangely, hungry. Is there a connection?

Watched half of Secret Girlfriend on Comedy Central. Lame, totally lame. Adolescent humor at its most pathetic.

Dyed this afternoon and reportedly look 10 years younger. Don’t have to look like Mom.

SCAT in Springfield. I’ve got to get pictures and post them. It’s everywhere.

Just wondering. What’s with all the fishing shows on the Discovery Channel? What’s next? Baiting Bass with Bob?

Don’t bitch about the exorbitant extra fees the airlines are charging, just stop flying.

“Watch any game you want when you want.” I’m already doing that without DirecTV’s NFL Sunday Ticket. I’m watching all the games I want!

Had a dream this morning about the Duncan Donuts girl in San Angelo. What was her name? Gosh, that was such a long time ago.

The Duncan Donuts girl’s name was Grace. The name just suddenly popped into my head.

Morning comes too damned early in the morning.

Got something in the mail saying I’ve been “pre-forgiven.” Now I can sin with impunity.

Chicken for dinner this evening. She doesn’t eat her chicken naked but she doesn’t mind if I do.

Grease fires & exploding microwave ovens on Mythbusters. Definitely a do not try this at home episode. Cool to watch though.

Another good class and a lot of closeness. But so focused I hardly noticed. It’s like that sometimes.

Best simile heard this week – “like a white trash bar mitzvah” (The Jeff Dunham Show, 10/29/09). I’m trying to visualize it.

Learned a new word, PORMEDY. Porn + Comedy. It aptly describes a lot of the porn I’ve seen. Deep Throat and Captain Lust come to mind.

Remember, inspired by a true story doesn’t mean that it IS a true story.

I messed up. The Great Wall of China was not supposed to go. Apparently it had monetary value or something. I explicitly asked permission.

Soon I’ll have to turn out the lights and pretend I’m not home. Why should I contribute to tooth decay, obesity, and diabetes?

Today’s quote: “The truth may set you free but first it’s going to piss you off.” – attributed to Gloria Steinem. I like it.

A brain supplement? I know of many who could use that. Wait, must have brain to supplement it. Oh, never mind then.

Flipping thru channels. Apparently Bigfoot is chillin’ near some small town in Oklahoma. He gets around but no one can find real evidence.

2057 – will be possible to never be away from job. Is that a good thing? Probably not.

2057 – Reassuring to know that in the future, computers will still crash & technology will still fail. But Big Brother will be more capable.

Trivial question. Are trivial answers worth 99-cents apiece? (Plus the cost of a text message)

How can I feel so listless when I have so many lists?

Watched “Angel On My Shoulder” (1946) – Paul Muni, Anne Baxter, Claude Rains. Good movie. Love the classics.

Waiting for the DNA test results. Hopefully, it will prove that I’m not the mother.

I think the ice cream upset my stomach. Am I lactose-free intolerant?

Still distressed that inadequate eyelashes are a medical crisis. Cancer will have to wait. So many inadequacies, so little time.

“Nudism for me is part of my philosophy of life. Vegetarianism for me is a choice I decided to make.” You had no choice in being a nudist?

Is it wrong to look forward to a prostate exam, especially if the doctor is really cute? I’ll try not to grin too much.

Need to take care of all the crap I totally neglected yesterday. Am I in a downward spiral of extravagant self-destruction? Or just lazy?

Mark your calendars. September 30th is Blasphemy Day. Does Hallmark have a card for this? Shall I have a party?

The biggest problem of being a cynic and a skeptic these days? There’s too much to be pissed off about.

American Airlines: “We know why you fly.” OK, do you know why I’d rather NOT fly? I hate the process of flying.

Nudus interruptus — JWs. Should I have answered the door the way I was?

had a good yoga class. Concentration on abs and inversions tonight. Good workout, feeling loose now.

watched part of the Cory Aquino funeral on TFC yesterday and replay today. I was deeply moved.

watching Welcome Danger (Harold Lloyd, 1929). I love the old classics. LMAO.

watching Feet First (1930, Harold Lloyd) Gotta love the classics. Thank you, Ted Turner!

Scene where Harold Lloyd is on the side of the skyscraper is hilarious. LMAO, funniest thing I’ve seen in a while.

Wants to sleep. The body is willing but the mind is wandering aimlessly as if it were lost.

Sleep finally came sometime after 5. Slept until about 8:45. Oh, insomnia, why did you darken my doorstep?

Watching Scary Movie. I think it was the best of the series. The sequels were funny but couldn’t match the first one.

Enduring “Best of” (?) Comedy Central Roasts while I wait for something interesting to come on.

Another hot, humid day. Perfect day for a refreshing skinny-dip. Where’s my pool?

Disastrous WordPress upgrade attempt. Sort of moved to new site but database may need to be tweaked. MySQL skills = NULL.

I think it’s kinda, sorta working now. It looks like I may have to go through all posts & edit cuz characters got changed.

Dropping Rob off @ Caddy’s then getting a root canal. Oh, Joy!

I found it hard to believe but I wore pants continuously for about 10 hours today before I just couldn’t take it any more. Feel better now.

Didn’t know Key West was the largest city in Fla at turn of 20th century yet only accessible by boat. (Overseas Highway on History Channel)

Wore pants again today but only for a couple hours. Had to go to the base for some things. Now at home, dressed more reasonably.

Catching up today. Kinda got obsessed in between other things yesterday

has nothing to report. Situation normal…

4 million lines of BASIC. Boy, does that brings back memories.

Pancakes and sausage on a stick? No doubt dipped in batter and deep-fried. Clever idea but I’ll pass.

Voice menus should be outlawed as cruel and inhumane.

Woodstock Now & Then on History Channel. It was amazing how it just fell together the way it did. Can’t be duplicated. Ever.

Mercedes-Benz — Yeah, that makes me think of Woodstock.

Sometimes the appropriate response to reality is to go insane. – Philip K. Dick (1928 – 1982)

Why should I watch football in HD? First answer me, why should I watch football?

Just another dreary day in Hoober Heights…

watched Naked Science last night. Where did all the water come from?

Saw HP & THBP this evening. Great cinematography. Dark with some humor to break it up. Disappointed by the absence of the big battle scene.

Who was right about our future? Huxley? Orwell? Both?

Change public perceptions and debunk myths. Come out of the closet. Hide behind a pseudonym if you want but make your discussion public.

May as well mow the lawn while it’s cool. There was once a time I actually enjoyed mowing. What changed my perspective?

Mowed the lawn, glad it wasn’t hot. One step ahead of the Grass Gestapo. “Ve haf vays to make you mow.”

Have I missed another Tuesday? Need to find a way to tell them apart.

Goodnight. Off I go to slumber and, perhaps, dream of Merle Oberon. She’s cute.

Inclusive religions vs. exclusive religions, Everybody gets a chance at Heaven or “You’ll go to Hell if you don’t join our club.”

Good workout tonight in class. Managed a shoulderstand without turtle syndrome. Felt so accomplished. Still a lot of poses beyond my level.

The most difficult part of any journey is getting off your ass to take the first step, especially when you have no idea where you’re going.

Wasn’t aware that inadequate lashes was a serious medical condition. What other chronic inadequacies need immediate attention from med sci?

29 Aug: My grandson doesn’t fart. He burps out his butt.

What’s with the nudist colony tweets? We live among you. We’re your neighbors. Join us, it’s as easy as taking off your clothes. Just do it.

“Girls Gone Wild” — contains material unsuitable … for anyone. We get to see them naked! And the attraction is?

It’s great to have proper length shoelaces. Why can’t they be standard on new shoes? Real men don’t walk on their laces.

Why did my desktop reboot? Power fluctuation? Linux box on same circuit didn’t reboot. Most likely Windows. Or hardware. Blaming Windows.

had dinner @ BE. Waited 30 min for food. They knocked $5 off the bill. Food was good but not 30 minutes good.

ACPI working properly on laptop now after tweaking /boot/grub/menu.lst. It even shuts down correctly. Alright!

1 A.M. here. Happy Birthday Sue! Still in Burton?

Enjoying my solitude today … in the usual way.

Still aches though not sure if it’s same or new. Raising BP. Feel tired. Tools organized. Cats have clean place to poop.

nudis interruptus — naked time unexpectedly cut short.

Spending Friday in the preferred state for as long as possible.

MAC or PC? PC cuz it’s what I’m familiar with. But moving from Windows to Linux for stability and cost. Runs well on older PCs.

@nakedjen not sure abt inner tween but my IVOR (Irrational Voice or Reason) is Tim Curry as Dr. Frank N. Furter (in costume).

What happened to the days when ALL movies were family movies?

@nakedjen I love Naked Fridays! (Even better to be paid to have them.)

can find nothing worthwhile on TV — crab fishing, Masonic secrets on $1 bill, Biblical fear & loathing, or lame comics. Some choices.

Had that dream where I was the only one naked. In this dream everyone was totally oblivious to my nudity. It was no big deal. Cool, eh?

Spent the night at the kids’ house while DIL was not seen at the ER. Slept just as badly there as at home.

Zen moment: If you’re not moving forward, you’re falling behind. There is no standing still.

In a debate with the IVOR with Eeyore interjecting. Has good arguments but the IVOR hasn’t always been right.

It’s Friday again. Trying to spend it in the natural state.

Watched the Blues Bros movie. Love that movie. Great music. Worth owning for the music alone.

BSOD this morning. Vacuumed & reseated RAM. Is good now. May have to upgrade to XP. AD won’t like it but can work around with local script.

WP 2.8.1 is out. Facing painful upgrade on FrankenWeb. Permissions are correct, yet they’re not. Don’t want to 777 everything.

I’ve been watching Wild Pacific on Discovery, fascinating series.

Moved from Wild Pacific to Futurama. I like Matt Groening’s vision of the future. A future in which I can conspire to commit public nudity.

Blood glucose has been totally whack today. Wasn’t today supposed to be my lucky day? NOT!

stayed up way past his bedtime. Almost feel hungover but haven’t had a drink in years. Just tired, so very tired.

Just watched a couple of Ma and Pa Kettle movies. Learned that 5×14=25.

Another week come and gone, not much different than previous weeks come and gone. Any different than weeks to come?

Watched an old D.W. Griffith film last night — Broken Blossoms — starring my favorite actress of all time, the lovely Lillian Gish.

Performed a relatively painless WordPress upgrade to MSPB. A couple more upgrades & I’ll have it down. Wished the automatic upgrade worked.

reading old LJ posts on my FWIW blog. Funny stuff. I need more irreverence in my blogging.

Has my sarcasm been replaced by cynicism? My heart doesn’t feel nearly as light as it used to feel.

@penguingeek It’s like waiting for DHMO to boil. I think time actually does slow while watching the progress bar.

In austere times, governments tend be become repressive and waste resources on petty perceived problems.

Not going anywhere Saturday for unknown reasons.

mowed upper lip but undecided about keeping it that way. I feel naked.

Stephane Deschenes wants to read my “Nipple Radiation” post on his Naturist Living Show podcast. I am honored.

@gymnosophy If you have to be fully dressed at the beach, what’s the point in going?

Yoga class was a helluva workout. I must be getting old, couldn’t get into a shoulder stand. I was like a turtle on his back. Sucks to g[et old]
